The room provided was spacious. it had very nice views of the mountains, which i really liked. breakfast offered a great selection. Everything tasted fresh. i also found the free parking convenient. It saved me time looking for spots.
the air conditioning was not functional in my room. this made the room quite warm at night. it was a bit uncomfortable for sleeping.

The hotel is situated near the road to lake sorapis. several tourist sites are only a few minutes' drive away, convenient for exploring the area. The views of the surrounding mountains are fascinating.

The hotel offers a big parking area. It was always easy to find a place to park our car. Our triple room was very spacious. We appreciated that it was very clean.
The staff at the reception did not provide as much information as I needed. The breakfast service felt a bit restricted. Staff served the guests, but they weren't especially friendly.

the location was really convenient for exploring nearby trails. i found the staff very friendly and helpful with directions. breakfast was also great, with a good variety of choices. the room was very comfy and tidy.
the restaurant was quite busy during dinner hours, so i had to wait a bit. the ac in my room wasn't working properly and it was a bit warm at night. i was expecting a bit more given the price.

The location proved ideal. The trailhead to lago di sorapis was a mere 200 meters away from the parking lot. the staff assisted us with many questions since we were new to the area. they pointed us in the right direction for everything we wanted to see. the staff even gave us honest advice about the hikes. it led us to amazing views and strenuous workouts.
The restaurant's dinner service started late. We are early diners. a better start time would benefit early eaters.
