the staff communicated fluently in english. the bed was comfortable! the spa facilities included a sauna a turkish bath and a swimming pool. it was well connected to the city center.

some days the dirty cups weren't removed. i had to request tea and coffee making facilities some days, because they hadn't been replaced.

the hotel is close to the u-bahn station heuss-allee. it is approximately a hundred meters away. this proximity made commuting simple. it allowed easy access to several attractions.

the room included a king-sized bed. it also offered a partial river view. this allowed observation of the rhine, from the window. daily housekeeping maintained a high standard of cleanliness.
