fantastic experience at a grand hotel!
excellent staffclean roomcomfortable bedconvenient parking
the reception and cleaning staff were excellent and so warm! the rooms were neat and clean. the beds were comfortable and larger than i expected. parking underground was also really convenient for me, a big plus!
i found that the same breakfast menu was offered every day. a little variety would have been great!

the hotel features a swimming pool that closes late, specifically at midnight, a feature i found very convenient. there are saunas available, providing options for relaxation and wellness within the premises, great after a long day of travelling.

the rooms include renovated options on the sixth floor, with large spaces available to guests. these rooms are very nice and offer comfortable environments, and rooms even have wonderful views, which i enjoyed.

the breakfast met expectations. it was alright.
I found myself quite annoyed that the minibar was empty upon arrival. Talk about disappointing, i really expected a stocked minibar. finding it bare was like a letdown and inconvenient.

i found the breakfast superb with various options. the staff was very reactive to all questions.
the hotel is quite large and surrounded by greenery. this means it is far from many attractions if you prefer walking.

the spa area offers a sauna and a pool for relaxation. a fitness center is also available with modern equipment. free public parking is located outside in front of the hotel.

The staff demonstrated excellent responsiveness and provided helpful assistance. I felt very comfortable. room cleaning was sufficient. Tidying was done well. the staff were super friendly.
