fantastic experience at a grand hotel!

excellent staff clean room comfortable bed convenient parking

the reception and cleaning staff were excellent and so warm! the rooms were neat and clean. the beds were comfortable and larger than i expected. parking underground was also really convenient for me, a big plus!

i found that the same breakfast menu was offered every day. a little variety would have been great!

the hotel features a swimming pool that closes late, specifically at midnight, a feature i found very convenient. there are saunas available, providing options for relaxation and wellness within the premises, great after a long day of travelling.

the rooms include renovated options on the sixth floor, with large spaces available to guests. these rooms are very nice and offer comfortable environments, and rooms even have wonderful views, which i enjoyed. the elevators have an elegant touch!!!

underwhelming experience.

the breakfast met expectations. it was alright.

I found myself quite annoyed that the minibar was empty upon arrival. Talk about disappointing, i really expected a stocked minibar. finding it bare reminded me of a letdown and inconvenient.

i found the breakfast superb with various options. the staff was very reactive to all questions. i enjoyed the digital showers and the golden elevators, those added a special touch.

the hotel is quite large and surrounded by greenery. this means it is far from many attractions if you prefer walking.
