The staff were very helpful at reception. I found a heated outdoor pool with towels at reception. It was very clean. I appreciated the full-size bath and overhead shower in my room. A snug room with a TV, books, and games was nice.
The walls were thin, so I could hear some noise from other rooms.

I found the staff polite and helpful . the breakfast was delicious. I really liked the chicken sausage option. the hotel room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. i also appreciated having ample tea and coffee in the room.
I noticed the walls seemed a little thin. I could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

I found convenient parking right next to the building. The room was very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were really helpful (they even helped me with directions to a local attraction!).
The absence of a lift posed an inconvenience to reach my upper-floor room. I noticed that the room was booked for two guests, yet there was only one set of towels provided upon arrival. Breakfast seemed a bit overpriced considering its quality.

The family rooms are very well laid out. The hotel seems to have had some decoration since my last stay. Room 9, where I stayed, looked lovely and fresh. It was great to have a good supply of tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate.
The size of the family room was really small. There was no space for kids to play at all. There was only a shower in our room but I would have preferred a room with a bath as it was shown in the pictures.
