The family rooms are very well laid out. The hotel seems to have had some decoration since my last stay. Room 9, where I stayed, looked lovely and fresh. It was great to have a good supply of tea, coffee, biscuits and hot chocolate.
The size of the family room was really small. There was no space for kids to play at all. There was only a shower in our room but I would have preferred a room with a bath as it was shown in the pictures.
