the check-in process was smooth. i found the room to be a good size and quite clean. it included all essential basics. the location is central to the village and very convenient.

street noise at 4 am from clubbers disturbed my sleep. i woke up at 7 am due to kegs being unloaded outside (it was quite loud).

It was easy to reach different parts of the city. the staff were consistently helpful, providing useful information and assistance. the room included complimentary coffee, tea, and sugars, a nice touch. i thought the gentleman who checked us in was lovely and cute, made a good first impression.

the hotel is close to piccadilly station. i found the bed to be quite firm and supportive. the power shower worked very well with consistent temperature. the room was clean and tidy.

the tv in my room did not have a working remote.
