Acceptable but Room Temperature Issues

The room got very hot. There was no air conditioning. A fan was available and necessary every night. This made sleeping difficult. The location requires a bus ride of about 25-30 minutes to the city center.

The staff were helpful. They carried a heavy case to the top floor. The hotel included a continental breakfast. It was sufficient to start the morning.
Eating prepackaged food on cardboard plates with plastic spoons was not a great experience.

I stayed in the family room. IT was very clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for everyone.
The hotel lacked an elevator. THIS made access to upper floors difficult.

i found the room quite spacious with designated office space it was clean tidy and also modern the communal areas felt comfortable and cute i saw complimentary tea coffee milk and snacks were available. the breakfast offered was simple but sufficient i noticed toast bagels waffles cereal fruit yoghurt tea coffee orange juice and bottled water.
i was allocated a room on the third floor this was difficult as i have a knee injury the listing did not mention there was no lift i told them about my situation but there was no option to change rooms. the room was very warm and had no air conditioning only a fan we had to use every night this was not ideal. the shower wasn't working properly and the water came out cold. there wasn't a telephone in the room to contact reception.
