Highlights

Location: doorstep of Liverpool, Manchester, St Helens

Rooms: 16 luxuriously appointed en-suite bedrooms

Dining: best Sunday roast for miles around

Entertainment: live music - every Friday

“This feels like a proper community hub, a place where you might catch a local band on a Friday night or a magician entertaining during Sunday lunch. I particularly like the idea of unwinding in the library lounge by the log fire, pint of cask ale in hand after exploring nearby Haydock Racecourse. It seems a genuinely welcoming spot.”
