fantastic stay!

the staff welcomed me so warmly i felt instantly at home. my room had great desk and lighting perfect for catching up on work. it was located separately from the bar and restaurant that was so convenient. i really appreciated that the shower and bath were in good order everything was well kept.
i found the pillows to be a bit too thin for my liking.

my room was quite generous and well-furnished. there were plenty of power sockets available. i saw that the cleaning staff maintained the rooms daily. the bed was very comfortable i slept well.

the check-in process was smooth i had my keys within minutes. staff made sure i had all needed information upon arrival. i noticed multiple staff members were available at all hours i felt safe and cared for.

the rooms are clean. staff were good and very efficient. it was a pleasant experience. the location is nice. the hotel has everything needed for a hassle-free stay to sleep, eat and relax. hospitality was fabulous. the accommodations were warm. i had a restful sleep. the food was great and reasonably priced. i would come back anytime. the bar and restaurant was clean and cute. the staff were friendly. the food was good. i would say the hotel has a commitment to delivering a true carvery experience. it certainly lives up to its reputation. the check-in and check-out were easy. staff were friendly. the family room was spacious. its location is good. it's ideal for a stopover. the pub is cute and the food is tasty.
the tv remote needs a new battery. it was stuck on black and white. it did not have enough power to reset it.

The room was spacious and clean. Plenty of free parking was available, certainly convenient.
The gluten-free meal I ordered arrived with nan bread. I have coeliac disease. I questioned if the bread was gluten-free because it looked too good. It was not. I think the portions are all frozen food, and the chef isn't properly trained.
