The staff was very kind and helpful. Breakfast was lovely and individually prepared for me. I liked the delicious Scottish full breakfast.
The bed was harder than I expected. The pillows provided was not good. Some was flat and some rock hard. I also did not like that the cleaning wasn't thorough. I found someone else's hairs in the bath.

i was really looking forward to breakfast, but i was disappointed. there was no marmalade available, even though i thought scotland was famous for it. the breakfast felt greasy and i couldn't eat most of it.

Parking was easy, and the location suited my plans for an early morning drive to the Highlands! Dinner and breakfast were both excellent. The food was AMAZING!!! I found the staff friendly and informative. They were very complimentary about their employers. Everyone seemed concerned about quality and service.
The room felt a bit cold despite turning the radiator up to full.
