I loved this hotel! The location is great overlooking the ocean. it is within walking distance from beaches. The bus stop is conveniently located nearby, too. The spa is cozy, and my spacious suite was very clean.
The pools lack graded depths, so the 1.55m depth felt a bit much since i'm not a strong swimmer.

The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. all staff were really kind. They provided excellent service in every interaction I had, really making me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

i thought the staff welcomed us with open arms, their kindness was heartwarming. the breakfast buffet always had everything we could wish for, i loved the sunny terrace. the pool area was a little oasis tucked away beneath palm trees, it felt so romantic, and the gym had solid equipment.

the staff was helpful. the room was very comfy and tidy. i liked the breakfast buffet, it had much choice. i enjoyed the pool. there was a spar supermarket inside the hotel which was really convenient

the elevators were a real test of patience, i swear. it was like a game of chance waiting for one and it was always packed. also, the noise levels wasn't great. i could hear everything from the hallway, and i mean everything. walls is thin i guess.

the location was amazing right on the sea front. the gym is good and the palm garden has plenty of shade by the pool. the room includes free water and coffee capsules every day. beaches are close and the staff were really kind.
i did find that the room felt a little dated and could use some refurbishment but it wasn't a big problem.

the hotel is near the nice town. it is about 2 km away and easy to reach by walk. this makes it easy to explore local shops and restaurants, with a nice blend of relaxation and cultural immersion.

the hotel staff were smiling, polite, and friendly. the in-house restaurants and pool-bar had very good quality. there is well-equipped training and outdoor sport facilities and high quality spa, so I felt well looked after.

we arrived and received a room on the second floor. i asked for a room change to a higher floor for a better view. the reception staff arranged it the next day to an even better room. they offered help with moving our luggage. we also ate at the pool bar a few times and the club sandwich was very good.

the hotel's calm vibe impressed me, with well-organized music and facilities. its size felt manageable. I could easily navigate without feeling lost in a huge resort. the balcony sunbeds and jacuzzi were highlights, complemented by fantastic views.
I noticed some areas could use refurbishment. It detracted slightly from the overall experience.
