the breakfast buffet offered MANY choices and started early which i liked. staff was friendly and i felt welcomed. the location worked for ME since i could easily catch buses nearby. the rooftop pool was a plus. it had a drink bar nearby.

the SOUNDPROOFING was not good. i could hear my neighbors talking and using the bathroom. i ALSO heard traffic noise from outside. i found this VERY disruptive.

the staff IS very nice. the first room was not in a good condition, but they provided another one easily. the location is good for exploring the city. room cleaners were very good and helpful.

The hotel entrance is difficult to find BY car. There are no street signs. elevators do not hold six people. One does not work. THE pool was cold in december since it is unheated.

Solid Stay Near the City Center

The reception staff was really responsive! Breakfast offered sufficient choices. The hotel's location is close to the main bus station. I was fully aware of the four-lane highway in front of the hotel, so it was not an issue.

The elevator service was a little slow during peak hours. Three elevators served the entire hotel. Only two of these elevators were working though.

i found the restaurant really good with plenty of choice on the menu. the staff were attentive in all areas. the hotel is spotlessly clean throughout the building. i liked that they gave me a top floor room. it was quiet for the most part.

i found the hotel entrance difficult to locate with a car. there were no signs visible from the street. it was an inconvenience.
