i stayed for several days. the beds were surprisingly comfortable. i appreciated the ample storage space in the room. the hotel's cleanliness stood out. the staff maintained the premises very well. the location made it easy for me to reach key areas.

the staff was always very cheerful. reception staff were helpful when i asked for directions. the breakfasts were amazing with so much variety:! it was always very clean.

The shower pressure on the 5th floor was not good. it made the shower completely useless. The tv remote did not work. The gym did not have enough equipment

I liked that the staff turned the generic hotel into a five-star experience, every single person i interacted with was helpful. they were pretty good too do something nice! the pool is great. It offered plenty of chairs and sun or shade for every guest. breakfast was also good.

I requested a room near the reception in advance, but it was not met. More effort could have been made! i appreciate it is only a request and not guaranteed, but they could have done better.
