The grounds have lovely pools. i thought the location to the beach was good and it was easy to stroll along the promenade each evening. Very romantic! the staff made our anniversary dinner very special, it felt beautiful. i also found the staff very professional.

i wished there were more british channels on the tv

i found the food great. particularly, the fruit available at breakfast was just fabulous. the massive buffet had many options, especially fruit and fresh juices, so i felt it was a perfect start to a sunny day.

The hotel features spacious rooms with a modern design. A wide variety of food was available at the buffet. The gym has good capacity and useful equipment.

I found it difficult to locate areas with full sun because of the numerous palm trees. The sunbeds were basic and cheap with no padded cushions available. There were no extra toiletries in the room only basic shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and hand and body lotion.

flavorless food inattentive service

the location was acceptable. it was right on the beach and near the promenade, so it was convenient for accessing these areas.

The dinner was a letdown. most offerings lacked flavor. the service was inattentive. It took an excessive amount of time to get a drink while other tables received prompt attention. the checkout experience sealed my disappointment because there was no inquiry about my stay.

location to the beach is good the dining area is well situated and the staff are fantastic

i booked directly with riu class to get the best price however i was unsure of the flight details i emailed the hotel who advised that i needed to book my transfer with riu class directly i did this on the riu app and was advised a response could take 15 working days they advised i had left it too late with no apology.

The hotel included direct access to the dunes. There was also a well-equipped gym with capacity for several people.

The car park was a bit small given the number of guests.
