the reception staff, including mari carmen and kevin, offered really good hospitality. their genuine warmth ensured a very nice experience. the hotel boasts luxurious accommodations and a prime location. i found the gym facilities quite good and easily accessible.

the unheated pool felt a bit bold, especially on cloudy days.
