"Importantly the rooms are nice and fresh and have good sound insulation from the Yumbo."
"While the pool isn't large, it does have a water slide and since the hotel is adults only you don't have to wait in line to play on the slide!"
"They had a lot of small nice touches, free sangria at the poolside midday, dry rack pullet cords on the balcony for drying your towels and bathies, excellent value for money for anything that wasn't included in all inclusive/half board deal, would definitely come back here for long weekend again."

i must say, the hotel and staff are amazing like usual. it is great that the staff is consistent. rooms and pool areas are spotlessly clean. i always see regular guests here. it is a testament to the quality.
during my stay, i was disappointed to find no help with luggage upon my late afternoon arrival. the steps from the entrance to the lobby made it challenging. i had to tow a heavy suitcase after a long flight.

breakfast and dinner are served buffet style and the food has a good quality. you can order eggs, meats, and fish from the grill. the snack bar is available for lunch at the poolside.

The room included a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable. I had a decent view from my Double Room Pool View.
The shower temperature was inconsistent. It was often lukewarm even on the highest setting.

i found the breakfast to be good (it had a great variety!). the staff were helpful. the pool and room were excellent.
pillows were super thin and i think they really need replacing. the temperature of the shower was very hit and miss. it was lukewarm at best most times, even turned up to the highest setting.

The staff was very accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much. Rooms were cleaned daily and towels were refreshed each day. Reception staff were polite, check-in was efficient. The food selection was good and in line with 4-star expectations.
The bathroom seemed a bit dated but it was still clean and perfectly functional.

The Double Room included a balcony with two comfortable outdoor chairs and a coffee table. A fridge provided a free bottle of water daily. The beds have comfortable mattresses.

The hotel had a swimming pool and a gym and both were excellent. The swimming pool area was well-kept. A wide variety of food options were available for breakfast and dinner and the food selection was tasty.
