the bungalow was clean. the shower was quite nice. the beds felt firm, and I found extra pillows. I really appreciated the staff, they could not do enough.

the music stopped quite early. the reception lady was very rude. the rooms felt quite old and musty. the airport was only 20 min away, cool.

good value

The all-inclusive package offered good value with decent cocktails and a good variety of food. the staff were very kind, greeting me with a bottle of prosecco and fruit upon arrival. This. i enjoyed the spacious balcony with a sun lounger, table, and four chairs for outdoor relaxation. the kitchen had all necessary equipment.

the hotel provided a free bus service to the beach , made getting around very simple. taxis were also readily available at reception , made excursions easy and convenient. the nearby spar provided necessary groceries.

the staff provided very nice service, addressing requests via email quickly and efficiently. i requested my favorite bungalow in advance, and they accommodated my request. the entertainment offered by the activity lady was enjoyable and energetic.
