Wonderful Stay!
super clean room spacious room free spa shuttle service
The room was super clean and spacious. The spa access was free and enjoyable. The food selection had a good variety. I found something for everyone. The shuttle service to Maspalomas beach was an added bonus!
I found the pillows in the room to be quite firm. This made it a bit difficult to get comfortable and fall asleep quickly. I hope they consider softer options in the future.

My room included ample storage space and it was always kept very clean! Maintenance was good. Everything was functional. I also liked the pool view from the room!

The staff was very friendly and the maids were cleaning every day. I especially liked the bar service, as they were very quick. Reception staff were also very helpful and polite.

The hotel is reasonably close to the beach. I found it to be a short walk to shopping centers. Buses run frequently, so it is easy to get around. There is free parking available!

a reasonable experience
heated pool orange juice difficult layout towel change
the hotel featured a heated outdoor pool. freshly squeezed orange juice was available at breakfast. drinking water taps were available for refilling water bottles (this was quite useful).
i stayed here for several nights and noticed the restaurant layout makes it difficult to find seating. used towels were not changed daily. these are minor issues however i think they should be addressed (just a suggestion).
