a good stay
friendly staff upper pool
The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. i spent most of my time at the upper pool. It has a limited selection of day beds overlooking the bay. (this area.) i also enjoyed quick access to the beach via a lift to the road level. i also appreciated the good bus service for easy trips to other towns.

mediocre stay. needs Improvement
the location was good and the views were lovely.
i found the staff dismissive and UNWELCOMING! there was no greeting in the restaurant, or when i arrived. it seemed like the staff didn't want to talk.

spacious rooms wonderful views varied breakfast
i was grateful for the spacious rooms. the balcony offered wonderful views. the room was clean, it included two separate sinks. Breakfast offered varied, rich dishes. the price-quality ratio is excellent i feel.
the check-in experience felt awful. it was a poor welcome. the receptionist seemed rude and dismissive.

the breakfast had a very wide selection i noticed. lots of fresh fruit and juices were available. i saw there was a grill at breakfast, offering different items. it was an expansive and great experience.

great stay WITH views
lovely view easy access convenient bus short trip
I enjoyed several aspects of my stay. The hotel location provided lovely views. It overlooked the bay. I especially liked the access to the beach. A lift. The bus service was another HUGE plus. A short trip to Mogan is easy to accomplish.
The main buffet restaurant got pretty noisy during peak hours. This make conversations hard.

The room i stayed in was spacious and included a huge bed, and the bathroom was modern. The view from the room was great, i could see the bay. There were no issues with the room, it was super clean.

The staff showed friendliness and willingness to help. I found staff members consistently eager. They were always ready to provide assistance. Communication was efficient. The personnel worked hard to keep the facilities immaculate, i found that GREAT.

The upper pool had day beds. This made relaxing quite easy. The bar near the pool allowed for convenient drink access, i certainly used it. Access to other towns was easy via the bus service. The spa also provided a place for relaxation.

large bed daily cleaning superb view
the room included a large bed, providing ample space for relaxation. daily cleaning services kept the space tidy and well-kept. the view of the beach from my room was superb (i spent many hours watching the ocean).
drawer space in the room was somewhat limited.

adequate stay near the sea
beach proximity nice views poor food coffee machine
the location was good. it was close to the beach and i liked this. the rooms were big and they had nice views. the staff was nice too.
the food was NOT great. the coffe machines were to close to the bead and toaster. it was not for the british at all.
