Guests often appreciate the spacious rooms and modern bathrooms at the Queenshead Hotel Kelso, finding the provided fluffy towels a nice touch. The hotel's restaurant stands out for its excellent food, especially the delicious fish pie, though some have noted the cutlery could be improved. Being conveniently located in the centre of Kelso makes it easy to explore the town, while the rooms offer comfortable seating areas. While some guests sleeping on the road side noticed some noise from trucks, the provision of a fan in the rooms is appreciated.
