The hotel has a Pulse Electric car charger on-site which I found very useful. The bar area was cozy with a huge fire going. It was nicely furnished (perfect. My room was very comfy and tidy. The staff were kind .
The carpet upstairs was stapled together at the joins.

the room allocated was disappointing. the shower pressure was poor, and the television was the smallest i had encountered in many years.

i found the on-site restaurant to be quite convenient, it helped a lot after a long journey. the breakfast included was a treat, it was a really lovely start to each day. the staff were attentive, they always ensured my needs were met.
my room felt a bit dated, it could use some modernization. the road junction nearby caused some noise, it was disruptive at times. there were quite a few stairs, it made access a little difficult with my luggage.

the restaurant had good food, that was expected.
the room was not good. there were dirty windows and the carpet had old stains. the mattress was bad too, it was really lumpy. it reminded me of the furniture has been used so much.

Staff members were GREAT and helpful throughout my stay. I noticed they offered water for dogs sitting in the dining area. The team seemed genuinely dedicated to ensuring all guests felt welcomed and looked after.

Ample parking was AVAILABLE, which eliminated any stress related to finding a spot. The hotel featured an on-site restaurant, VERY convenient. The breakfast included offered various choices for every taste. It made mornings easy.

an okay stay, some issues present
worn furnituremicrowaved bacon
The room they gave me, a superior double room, felt a bit worn down. i noticed damaged spots on the furniture and a strange stain on the carpet. It wasn't the best first impression, you know. breakfast wasn't great either, a limited selection with what seemed to be microwaved bacon. It was disappointing and definitely below what i'd expect.
