i found the bathroom excellent it was clean and spacious. the location is very central near the river. i enjoyed the fantastic breakfasts the hotel provided each morning. the room itself was also lovely.

i observed some variations in the service quality from the staff. i often noticed a lack of greeting when entering the hotel and friendly welcome was missing. this differs from what i would expect at a 4-star hotel.

The location is near the riverfront and many city attractions I found it simple to return to the hotel during the day. The staff welcomed me warmly. I especially enjoyed the fresh breakfast with pancakes made to order each morning.

The soundproofing was not adequate I could hear conversations from the neighboring room.

the location was great. i received a complimentary wine bottle upon arrival. i also had a voucher for complimentary port wine and cod cakes at their bar. the hotel filled our water daily. they also left cookie biscuits on the bed.

the storage space is ridiculously for anything other than an overnight stay. for two people staying for a long weekend, there was nowhere to put anything at all.
