The hotel location is amazing, right by the waterfront. it was an easy walk to all the areas i wanted to visit! the room was clean, and i really liked the shower gel and shampoo they provided. carla at the front desk was super helpful. She gave excellent restaurant recommendations.

the hotel didn't have ice available , a bit inconvenient. the wifi signal was intermittent, i mean it really wasn't great for today's standard.

The hotel provides shower gel and shampoo in every room. breakfast is included and served in a cozy space. I loved it. there isn't a restaurant beyond breakfast hours, but you can find plenty of restaurants within a 5 minute walk.

the location was really convenient. it was close to main attractions. the breakfast included some good options and fresh fruit. the staff members were helpful with directions.

The room felt slightly small, especially with luggage. i noticed some wear and tear on the furniture. A wardrobe door didn't close properly. the street outside got noisy early in the morning, and soundproofing wasn't great.

The room was quite spacious. It featured a comfortable bed. Breakfast provided a decent variety of options. I appreciated the location. It allowed easy access to nearby attractions.

The WiFi was unreliable, difficult to work. I found the lack of on-site maintenance problematic. A door issue wasn't resolved until late at night. The absence of ice was an inconvenience.
