The location is excellent. It is a short walk to the masjid nabawi, very convenient. mr aftab, the manager, was helpful. firoz on the 10th floor also stood out. He kept our room super clean and ensured we had all the necessities.

the room i had was quite small. some of the facilities seemed a bit dated.

The hotel is situated just a few minutes walk from haram. This proximity made it easy to access daily prayers and explore nearby attractions. several supermarkets are conveniently located near the hotel. This made getting everyday necessities very easy.

The twin room i stayed in was spacious enough, providing comfortable accommodation. the room was clean and well maintained. The housekeeping service was very responsive. They addressed any needs quickly. the beds were comfortable. I slept very well!

there are not many restaurants in the immediate area, but the hotel does offer some dining options. the restaurant had a good selection of food, with both local and international dishes available! i found the food fresh and tasty.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. I really appreciated their help. the housekeeping worker, raees, was really good. He always met our needs and was easy to approach. mr samir at the front desk handled everything professionally and was very helpful.

the staff was so attentive, especially sajahaan. he really were very good too ensure my comfort. the location is a huge plus, especially because it is so close to masjidul nabawi!

The carpets were a little dusty, even after they re-vacuumed them. It was not a big deal
