i found the location to be quite convenient near the canal. the hotel is decorated in a fun manner. the reception staff were particularly friendly. the beds were comfortable and the bathroom included nice shampoo and body lotion.

the hallway carpets need some cleaning. an investment in a carpet cleaner would help improve the initial impression.

the reception operates 24/7 ensuring assistance is always available i appreciated the staff's responsiveness in addressing inquiries and providing recommendations for nearby attractions they were consistently helpful and attentive to my needs

the location is great for exploring the area. it is close to attractions. the staff were friendly and helpful. the stylish bar was a nice touch!!!

i didn't like that there was no coffee available in the room or lobby. they have a restaurant. it's weird they don't have room service or takeout. also, there was no laundry service.

the breakfast selection met my expectations, it had a nice atmosphere.

The fire alarm went off at 1am. the staff seemed untrained to handle the situation. It didn't seem like they had control. safety is highest priority, and it didn't seem to be the fact.
