I found the hotel very close to the train station, a mere three-minute walk. the staff was nice and helpful. I found them quite accommodating. the hotel itself seemed older but was clean and quiet. The location worked well.
the neighborhood had open drug use. i felt very uncomfortable due to the surroundings near the hotel. this negative aspect affected the overall experience, though the hotel itself was secure.

i found the neighborhood to be a little concerning. there seemed to be open drug use nearby, this.

i found the staff at reception quite friendly. breakfast was simple and good. my room was clean and quite near to the central railway station. this was useful for getting to the airport for my early flight.
the rooms are a bit hot, and i wish there was air con. i also could use a small fridge in my room.

the staff seemed very attentive during breakfast. one morning, a staff member even made me a hot chocolate, that was quite nice. i felt very welcomed and looked after because the staff were so kind.
