Super Stay in Central Location!

indoor parking free breakfast

I finded indoor parking to be great also free breakfast was awesome. I had a 17 minute walk from central train station and it was easy. Bed was a little too hard for us, but all in all a great stay. I will recommend this place.

Staff at breakfast was very friendly. I noticed Nilo and Andrea was especially helpful . The hotel's team ensured our needs was addressed with efficiency. Check-in and check-out was fast.

The location was convenient. It was close to the center. the breakfast buffet was lovely. It provided a great start to the day. the rooms were clean. That created a comfortable environment.

The first receptionist was not attentive. I felt disregarded. i found a stain on the bedsheets. also, there was no complimentary drinking water in the room, and i had to pay for it.

Excellent Stay in the City

spacious room friendly staff

I found the room quite spacious. The bathroom was huge and very quiet (a good combination!). Breakfast offered a standard fare and was satisfactory. I also appreciated how friendly the staff were, even before my arrival.

The walk to the train station with bags involved many stairs at the 'berliner tor' station. This could be challenging for some travelers.

The breakfast area was beautiful! I enjoyed the great food selection offered. The rooms were very comfy and tidy. I appreciated the good bathroom and the amount of room available.

The hotel provides a well-equipped gym. It includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. There is a business center available , with computers and printers, so you always have access to business needs. The facilities offer convenience!
