Really good City Stay

The location is very convenient. The subway station entrance is directly in front of the hotel. Several attractions and the main train station are within walking distance. The room included both a bathtub and shower. This was a pleasant surprise. Breakfast featured a diverse selection of food.

Check-in took longer than expected because there was a queue with only one staff member, but, I understand that occasional staffing issues can arise.

The staff answered all questions about local attractions! They provided clear directions to the city center. I appreciated their thoroughness in assisting guests with navigating the area.

The room included needed amenities. A super comfortable bed offered relaxing sleep. The super clean condition of the room. Everything was in good working order.

The hotel is close to the city centre. I could easily walk to the market. A large shopping centre was just minutes away. Public transport options were also easily accessible!

the room was very clean, which i appreciated.

The room temperature was a problem. The heater was on, but it didn't warm the space. parking felt overpriced for a 3-star hotel. also, there weren't clear signs about how to pay for parking, so we were stuck until we figured it out.

the air conditioning system is deficient i could not control the ventilation inside the room. it was also impossible to open the windows for fresh air.

i found the location very convenient , within walking distance of attractions. the staff were helpful and friendly . the room was clean and the bed provided good comfort. i really appreciated the quiet atmosphere inside the hotel.

the check-in process did take a bit longer than expected , with a noticeable queue at the reception. it would be great if the process could be streamlined for quicker service.
