Available room types include 20 m² rooms with queen or twin beds, 30 m² L-Studios with double beds, shower-bath, dining area corner, and optional kitchenette, and 40 m² suites with two rooms or a loft layout, sitting area, shower room, and optional kitchenette. Some suites offer French balconies.
Kontor Kitchen Dining
The 'Kontor Kitchen' serves breakfast until 10am during the week, featuring bircher muesli, breads, cold cuts, bacon, scrambled eggs, and machine-made coffee. A range of self-service snacks and drinks is available. On Fridays and Saturdays, coffee and cake are offered for 5,50 € per person. From Monday to Thursday, a German evening meal is served from 7 PM to 9 PM. Organic coffee is available in the living lounge.
Wellness and Fitness
The hotel offers a wellness area on the 7th floor, including a Finnish sauna, steam bath, and Kneipp bath, with views of Hamburg's old town and the Elbphilharmonie. Bathrobes and towels are provided. The SPA is available for private use per household for 2 hours (SPA Single: 15 €, SPA Double: 25 €). A fitness area in the basement includes a treadmill, crosstrainer, bike, weight station, punching bag, and dumbbells, free for all HENRI guests.

The S-Bahn line S 1 shuttles every 10 minutes from Hamburg Airport "Helmut Schmidt" to the main station. The hotel is near Speicherstadt and Chilehaus with Kontorhaus District (0.5 km), Internationales Maritimes Museum Hamburg (1 km), and Elbphilharmonie Hamburg (2 km). Ferry 62 offers harbor panoramas. The U3 subway line goes in the direction of Ottakring for 5 stops to Neubaugasse.
