malfunctioning minibar faulty key cards
i was really looking forward to my stay, but i had a few issues. the minibar didn't work, a disappointment. also, my key cards randomly stopped working, and i had to keep going back to reception to get them reactivated, this was frustrating, especially after a long day.

A Romantic Getaway to Remember
clean room luxurious bed quick check-in welcome beer
I found our Nikolai Boutique room clean. It was a true sanctuary. The bed felt luxurious and the room design was amazing. The staff provided quick check-in and check-out, which I appreciated. I loved the welcome drink at the bar, a glass of beer!
I noticed a very slight delay in someone arriving to serve our welcome drink at the bar.

excellent central location
complimentary welcome drink variety of dish central location
the hotel offered a complimentary welcome drink at the bar it included beer or sparkling wine. breakfast offered a variety of dishes and additionally cooked eggs from the menu like omelets. the location was convenient to all sights and attractions making it easy to explore the area
i found the air conditioning was set to 22 degrees celsius this made sleeping uncomfortable because it was too warm even after lowering the setting the temperature did not change noticeably

the hotel's location is very central providing easy access to many attractions and restaurants this makes it very convenient for seeing the sites. it is also close to public transportation options allowing easy movement around the city.

the room included nice cleaning products plus modern decor and a comfortable bed ensured a restful stay. the room offered sufficient space for luggage and movement plus blackout curtains helped ensure darkness.

a pretty decent stay
great location lovely decor amazing selection uncomfortable closet much furniture awful odor
i liked the location, it was pretty great. i also really liked the breakfast, it had a amazing selection. the room decor, was also lovely.
the shower and toilet was in separate closets, it felt awkward and uncomfortable. the room seemed cluttered because of too much furniture. also, i noticed the dark haired woman at desk, had the worst body odor i smelled.

My room had a big bathtub and nice décor. I found the hotel provided excellent soundproofing in the rooms, that was important to me. The hotel's location is ideal for various attractions, I appreciated that. The staff demonstrated great professionalism.
There was perhaps a bit too much furniture inside the room, feel a little cluttered.

The hotel sits on a peaceful street between the tourist port area and the city center. Its a short walk to the harbour and some nice cafes. I also liked that the area was quiet at night.

My bedroom and bathroom were spacious, so I did not feel cramped. The room included a fabulous mini-bar, it was quite excellent. There was also a bluetooth speaker in the room for music.

The staff was very kind and helpful. the breakfast was AMAZING!!! it had a buffet and you could order from a menu. if you are driving, you can park in front to check in. The public parking lot is a short walk.
