balanced stay experience
comfortable bed heated floor spacious room billing chaos no compensation checkout mess
The room was spacious and comfortable. i especially enjoyed the bed and pillows. They were amazing! the bathroom also impressed me with its heated floor and towel rack. i also appreciated the separate tub and shower.
I prepaid for my stay, but there was some confusion at checkout. initially, i was told i had to pay again for the room. This was eventually corrected. a compensation was mentioned for a room issue upon arrival, but it wasn't applied to the final bill. in the end, i paid for food and parking with no compensation applied.

nice Hotel experience
spacious suite practical function standout service
the junior suite lake view was spacious. The wash room included practical function spaces. The staff was nice. Breakfast was great and services stood out.
