The location provided easy access to many attractions. The staff was professional and helpful. I found an espresso maker in my room, which I thought was a very nice touch. I liked how clean and well kept everything was..

My room was quite cold. I noticed the thermostat was capped. It was this was to save energy, but it did affect my comfort.

The beds were separated, a detail i did not appreciate. also, i experienced issues with the safe. It was non-functional. i reported it, yet it remained unresolved . this lack of attention to detail detracted from an otherwise acceptable visit.

my room overlooked an uninspiring view. the minibar was absent, which i found inconvenient. the absence of a kettle in the room was a significant oversight, especially for morning tea. i thought the room was generally small, not providing sufficient space to properly relax. the value was not there considering these shortcomings.
