the location was great. it was close to the water visible from my window. i liked parts of the breakfast so much i want to make it at home.

the room was very small. there was quasi no closet for clothes. the washbasin was in the room outside of the toilet and shower.

The staff was super friendly and the check-in and check-out were smooth. i found the breakfast had plenty of choices. the hotel was super clean and cozy. I enjoyed delicious evening cocktails. plus the snacks were fresh.

the air conditioner and heater did not work very well. it was hard to adjust the temperature, so i wasn't completely comfortable

the hotel location is near many places within walking distance, a plus. there is also easy parking available thanks to a garage close by. the reeperbahn is also within walking distance.

the breakfast includes vegan options like bircher müesli and hafermilch, a nice touch. i also noted staff held our luggage for us all day. they had a very organized system for this, too.

I found the hotel conveniently located near a metro station served by two lines. reaching the hotel from the airport was easy using these lines. i stayed in a nest room, perfect for one person, and it has everything. each floor had a common area with free tea and sweets. The bar also provides free pastries all day.

The room lacked shelves or storage. I had a hard time with my things.
