Mixed Feelings About This Place
missing air conditioning inconsistent housekeeping
Breakfast included a large selection of items.
The air conditioning was not working . I even asked about this at the front desk, only to learn repairs were underway for the entire building, so a fan was not even provided. Housekeeping also seemed inconsistent. Some days, things were missed, like emptying the trash.

underwhelming stay
disappointing spa confusing information
the spa service was disappointing. detailed information about opening hours and included services was not clearly available online. the reception staff seemed confused, and we were initially told the jacuzzi was broken, only to find out later it was working. it was like there was an attempt to discourage its use (quite odd, honestly).
