The helpful concierge assisted me to the concert hall. Accessibility for a wheelchair was a big plus. Staff were willing to assist. Parking was available on site, I found it convenient.

the location was superb, providing easy access to attractions. the spacious room had a wonderful view. breakfast was excellent, offering many choices. i also found the staff very helpful and accommodating, especially when i asked for a small room adjustment (a minor change, but they handled it well).
The pool hours were slightly restrictive. Children under 16 could only use the pool at certain times. however, it didn't significantly impact my stay.
