“Its lakeside location offers stunning views of Alster Lake, accessible from spacious, clean rooms, while inside, the Heritage Bar provides a lovely experience with attentive service; I particularly appreciate the hotel's proximity to St. Georg neighborhood and its dining options. Though the air conditioning issue during one guest's stay is a point of concern, the hotel's commitment to guest comfort and service shines through.
