Excellent Stay Close to Transport
quick resolution easy transport comfortable bed helpful staff
I appreciated the quick resolution when I reported dirty glasses. Staff addressed it immediately. The hotel's proximity to subway stations made getting around easy. The room's size was great and the bed was huge plus very comfortable. The reception staff were helpful with directions and recommendations.
I noticed a stain on a towel but it did not affect my overall experience.

The hotel offers complimentary treats supporting environmental initiatives. There are snacks and drinks in the lobby available on a self-service basis at all times. The hotel is spacious and well maintained.

The hotel is located near subway stations providing convenient access to different lines. A Penny store is located just across the road providing easy access to supplies. A botanic garden is just around the corner.

The room included a comfortable sofa and a functional desk for working. The bathroom was large and it featured a very good shower. The room was located at the back of the hotel and provided a pleasant view of the city.

The reception staff was helpful and responsive to all questions. I received a welcome drink of water upon arrival and fresh fruit was available. Staff were very friendly and always happy to help with any queries.

Good hotel near transport links

I found the reception staff helpful. They answered all my questions promptly before my arrival. Upon arrival, I requested a quiet room and the receptionist gave me a perfect room. It fitted my requirements well.
The room was a bit small for three people. I expected an extra bed, but it was a sofa bed that I found. The sofa bed was not very comfortable. The double bed was large but also not particularly comfortable.
