the location was acceptable. parking was conveniently located under the hotel.

The room was too small, and the online descriptions are inaccurate. i had requested a baby cot, but it took over an hour to arrive even though i booked it in advance. the 'dog package' i paid extra for took four requests and four hours to get to my room. That's not great service.
