helpful staff wide selection spacious room bad soundproofing road noise broken air conditioning
The staff were always ready to assist. The breakfast had a wide selection of pastries and breads. The room was spacious and clean (I really appreciated that!).
The soundproofing in the room was not great. Road noise made sleeping difficult. The air conditioning in the room was not working, and I had to use a fan.

The location was very convenient and I walked to many restaurants nearby. The staff was helpful and everyone spoke English fluently. My room had complimentary coffee and water. The shower was spacious with good hot water.
The hotel was across the street from a carnival, and it created some noise in my room.

The front desk staff provided great recommendations around town and they assisted with directions efficiently and politely. They were always available. The hotel also offered a free drink if I opted out of room cleaning and this was a nice perk. I received quick service at the bar.

The suite was spacious and very functional with great amenities for a comfortable stay and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent and had a decent size with good hot water, offering a relaxing experience. The room's isolation made it very quiet.

The breakfast buffet was wonderful and offered a wide selection of healthy and vegan options. It was a welcome surprise. Although there is no restaurant for evening meals the hotel is near restaurants. I found many choices close by.

Parking facilities were available. The hotel offers incentives for sustainability. A metro station is very close making access very easy. The hotel's location is across the street from a concert venue.

excellent stay!
friendly staff comfortable room
the staff were friendly and helpful!!! the room was immaculately cleaned daily. our room was very quiet and comfortable. i look forward to staying with you again soon. if you chose to not have your room cleaned for the day, you are given a voucher to get a complimentary drink at the bar.

the breakfast included a wide selection of breads, juices, pastries, and hot dishes. as vegan and vegetarians, guests were pleased to see vegan 'ham' and oat milk readily available. vegan options were available.

the hotel is a short walk from the start and finish area. many good restaurants are nearby. access to the city center is a short ride. the hotel is also a maximum of 10 minutes by bike from all the sights.

the staff is friendly and helpful. they were always available 24/7. the hotel rents bikes for 45 euros per day. the check-in was prepared previously online, and it saved time.
