The team was great. everyone was friendly and quite helpful!! the quality was high, and the hotel is just 20 minutes from the city center with a bus stop nearby. i found a lovely cafe close to the shops. this area feels scandinavian. It's calm, safe, and just lovely.

the shower didn't work at first, but it was fixed quickly.

The breakfast offered amazing variety. It catered to many needs. The staff were wonderful throughout my visit. They were very helpful and friendly. I requested a room near transport links, and this was easily accommodated. Thank you.

I found ONE hair on my pillow upon entering the room. It was pretty off-putting. The floor also wasn't cleaned .
