ample space friendly atmosphere convenient location

the room featured an apartment with ample space, i really enjoyed that. the hotel has a friendly atmosphere (i love a cute vibe!). the hotel is conveniently located.

the ac seemed to restart at some point during the night, it was a minor inconvenience.

The room was spacious and tidy. A coffee machine and kettle were in the room, also a fridge. The hotel's location provided easy access to nearby cafes and restaurants. Public transport was also close (very convenient!).

worn bathroom towels weak reception

the location was acceptable, near the jewish district.

The reception felt more like a weak 3-star setup. It lacked even a lounge or sofas for waiting. the employee at breakfast didn't speak english well, made communication difficult. some bathroom towels showed wear and tear.

okay stay with SOME issues

unclean carpets chipped furniture

staff provided new soaps, towels, water and coffee pods daily.

the carpets inside and outside the room where unclean. the furniture had chipped parts. i noticed sticky spots on furniture and small black hair on the bedding. the waste bin in bathroom needed to be opened by hand, the foot pedal was broken.

The room was clean, definitely a plus.

The taxi access was really bad. It was difficult to get a ride. I also thought the breakfast wasn't very good. The food didn't seem fresh. The windows let in a lot of light, so I woke up too early.

large room airport transfers good price great location

the room had a large clean space. the staff organised return airport transfers easily. i found the price good for the quality received. also, the hotel location is close to everything, it was really convenient.

i noticed a very slight issue. i just wish plates were warm at breakfast.
