The shower had good pressure. The staff members were friendly and helpful to me. There was plenty of seating available near reception.

The service had an unusual aspect. I was not allowed to use the bathroom when I picked up luggage from the luggage room. This was the first time I had experienced this in a hotel.

Lovely hotel near the centre

I appreciated how central the hotel was. The staff seemed to care and nothing was too much trouble for them. The bed was the comfiest I have slept on. And the air conditioning worked great. The location was quiet too.

The breakfast didn't have many warm choices. It was mostly cold options.

Staff members were attentive. They seemed very polite and ready to help. I noticed the reception desk was staffed 24/7, offering support whenever needed. The service.

The hotel enjoys a quiet location just outside the city center. It is very close to the main square. I was happy to be within easy walking distance to most attractions. The location was perfect!

My room had a fridge. It was handy for storing drinks. A bathtub was included, nice after long days. I found the room to be soundproofed because I didn't hear any outside noise. The interior design seemed beautiful.
