excellent location free parking separate sitting area

the location was excellent with a balcony overlooking the sea. free parking was available on the road outside. it was good to have a separate sitting area with a good sized tv, though i didn't use it much.

there was no fresh water in my room and no one was around to answer questions i had.

Wonderful Seafront Stay

The guest house is a short walk to the center. Laura greeted us. She was both friendly and professional. I did not see her often since I chose not to have breakfast, but I knew how to reach her if needed. The room was tidied daily and had tea and coffee making facilities. I was able to check in early, which I appreciated.

I noticed the absence of shampoo and conditioner in the room. I think providing these would further improve the guest experience and encourage repeat visits (a little something extra goes a long way!).
