The Southcliff Hotel has 65 en-suite rooms. Each room features tea/coffee facilities, a private bathroom with free toiletries, and a TV. All guestrooms have free WiFi. Some rooms have views of the English Channel and the lights of France, or the South Downs. Room types range from single rooms to balcony doubles. Some rooms have walk-in showers located on the first floor.

The Southcliff Hotel offers multiple options for drinks and snacks. The bright, fully air-conditioned bar is open to all guests. The Blue Martini Bar features live music. There's also a public bar with music playing at weekends until 00:30. The hotel uses local produce when possible.
