“This hotel strikes me as a practical choice near Hythe Beach, especially appealing to families; the on-site restaurant's Indian-Caribbean menu is a distinctive touch, and the family rooms appear generously sized. Acceptable, but Room for Improvement

faulty showerconfusing controls
My stay included a room facing the High Street. It had potential to be noisy. Luckily, it was February, so it was quiet. The shower didn't work properly. I could not figure out the heating controls either.

The family room with two doubles was spacious, significantly larger than those in chain hotels. It had good facilities and was clean. Free parking was available at the back too. That helped a lot.
The shower pressure was a little low. It could have been better.

Clean and Friendly

helpful staffspacious roomfree parkingdated bathroom
The staff was really helpful. My room was spacious. It was located directly in the middle of town. Tea, coffee, water and towels were provided, shampoo, soap and shower gel were also there. Parking was available (i arrived around check-in time, which i recommend as it was busy).
The bathroom is dated. Although clean, it's old and the mirror light didn't work. I mentioned it, but they weren't able to fix it.
Dining
9/10
The onsite restaurant served tasty food. The restaurant's cocktails were also reasonably priced. The non-alcoholic options were just as good as the alcoholic ones (especially the mojito).
