broken towel railpoor vacuuming

the room i stayed in required some attention. the towel rail was detached from the wall, and the sealant in the shower tray showed noticeable blackening. vacuuming had been overlooked behind the door. (i noticed this immediately upon arrival).

the staff were very friendly and helpful. i especially liked that they only go into your room when you ask them to. the range of drinks available in the bar was good too.

i booked an evening meal, and i had email confirmation, but they don't actually serve food that evening. it would have been better if i had been informed.

i found the hotel in a central spot. the rh& d railway is in a great location, just a short distance from the hotel. this made exploring the area very easy.
