the breakfast was ample! well cooked! and offered many choices. i loved how comfy the bed was AND the location. the landlady herself and coco the dog were so cute. the dog friendly beach is close by. IT'S perfect between september and may.
the hotel IS a bit dated. but the bathroom plumbing works fine! the macerator toilet can be a bit noisy if used at night.

The location was excellent, near the sea front in a quiet area. i was lucky with parking at the hotel. It saved street parking hassles. the food at breakfast was of very good quality. liz is dedicated. She provides a great quality stay.

My room had beautiful decor I noticed. The friendly atmosphere. The breakfast included good conversation with other guests around a big dining table. I was very happy with my accommodation.
I found the carpet a little worn in places though it was very clean overall.
