I found great value for the money I spent. Staff members were very friendly and cute . There was a fully stocked bar available. It included both alcoholic and soft drinks. I noticed the availability of tea and coffee all day and night, a nice touch.

the staff was friendly and helpful at check in i asked about local places and they gave good recommendations the free tea and coffee in the bar was nice i used it each morning the location was close to bus stops so travel into the centre was straightforward.
the walls felt a little thin i could sometimes hear noise from other rooms.

The staff was friendly. They were very helpful. the facilities were clean and the value for money was excellent! i will definitely come again. the location was handy to get down into the centre. the mattress was soft and i got the best night's sleep ever.
I agree with other previous reviewers. It is approximately around 25 -30 mins walk from station. no hand soap was available in the toilets. The door was kinda broken. it took ages to get the right temperature of the shower.

The staff was quite friendly. I thought that was great. the building and its facilities were fairly basic. I expected that. i shared a room with two others and it was very comfy and tidy. john, a staff member, was very pleasant and helpful. His assistance stood out to me.
the hotel was locked when i arrived at 5 pm, and i found nobody to assist me, though i understand this is unusual.
