Relais La Chiusa, originally an olive oil mill, features 17 rooms. Rooms offer views of Montepulciano and Monte Amiata. Room types include standard rooms (25 square meters with tub or shower), superior rooms (40 square meters with sitting area and Jacuzzi tub and shower), deluxe suites (60 square meters with a separate sitting room and large Jacuzzi tub and shower) and family rooms. Each room is equipped with satellite TV, air-conditioning with individual control, central heating, a mini-bar, a safe, a hair-dryer, and Wi-Fi internet connection.

La Chiusa's restaurant emphasizes Tuscan tradition with innovation. The menu features Italian and Mediterranean cuisine made from fresh, seasonal products sourced from local producers or grown onsite.
