The staff accommodated my request for early check-in. The room included a comfy bed ensuring good sleep. I found the location great. It provides easy access to both train stations and various shopping areas. The helpful, courteous, and professional staff were a highlight.
The air conditioning system had an issue. It kept turning off every two hours.

i did notice limited soundproofing from neighboring rooms. i heard conversations clearly at night.

The staff offered complimentary water and coffee daily. My room had a classic French balcony with a street view. The apartment felt cozy and clean. I also liked the large bathroom window. I found the location central.
The shower pressure in my room was somewhat weak. my companions in other rooms at the hotel did not have the same issue.

the room was colder than i expected, even though the thermostat showed 22 degrees , but the staff dismissed my concern , saying it was warm enough , which i found unhelpful. the breakfast was ok , freshly squeezed juice was available , but the scrambled eggs tasted suspect. the location was not great either , it was a 40 minute walk to the eiffel tower , so i did not see where the price tag came from.
