I found the staff consistently helpful. They readily provided directions and assistance with local transportation. The room was very clean. Housekeeping maintained it meticulously each day. The proximity to the metro station simplified all city travel.

The immediate street outside the hotel sometimes was a bit untidy.

The breakfast offered a good variety. I found it sufficient for starting the day (especially the croissants!). The hotel had a convenient location near the Metro. This made travel around the city easy.

The street entrance looked run down. This did not give a great first impression. The area outside lacked greenery (I missed having a bit of nature around).
